This project was a comprehensive showcase of BUCO’s capabilities, as we completed the foundations, carpentry, and fit-out packages for a four-tenant warehouse in Tauranga's Lakes Commercial Area. The build included modern offices, toilet blocks, and essential facilities, highlighting our expertise across multiple aspects of construction.

Our team handled everything from laying solid foundations to precise carpentry and detailed interior fit-outs. We worked closely with the main contractor to ensure the project stayed on track, delivering high-quality results without delays. The finished commercial building is fully operational and stands as a testament to BUCO’s all-around construction expertise.
