BUCO was engaged by Williams Corp to step in and take over the Selwyn Street project at the weathertightness stage, ensuring the build was brought to completion. Our primary focus was on completing the external cladding installation, helping the client get the project over the line efficiently and to a high standard.

For this project, we installed Cemintel cladding, a new product for us at the time. The result was outstanding, with the cladding providing a sleek, modern finish that exceeded expectations. Our team’s ability to quickly adapt to new materials and deliver exceptional results was a key factor in the project’s success.
