BUCO served as the main contractor for this exceptional sunroom project, managing and procuring all trades and materials to ensure a seamless 100% delivery. Set in Welcome Bay with stunning views of Mount Maunganui and Tauranga, this environmentally friendly sunroom was designed to be both functional and visually remarkable.

Constructed with a combination of block and glass, the build features an extraordinary 8-meter sliding glass door, engineered for effortless operation with just a pinky finger. The room was designed to naturally regulate its heating and cooling, offering year-round comfort with minimal environmental impact. A highlight of the project was the installation of an authentic Argentinian brick oven from Authentic Ovens, adding a unique and practical centerpiece to the space.

This project underscores BUCO’s expertise in delivering bespoke builds while managing all aspects of construction. From design to completion, the result is a one-of-a-kind sunroom that blends sustainability, craftsmanship, and innovation.
