Job Description:
BUCO was engaged by a long-standing client to address significant issues with the Willow Street Building in Wigram. The project involved resolving persistent leaks in the building and roof through a complete reclad of the structure. This included reworking all façades and installing a new louvre system to enhance both functionality and appearance.

One of the key challenges was safely removing the original 10-tonne concrete eaves sign, a complex task that required precise coordination and traffic management. To ensure minimal disruption to tenants, we installed a TPO and Warm Roof system, allowing work to proceed quietly and efficiently while the building remained occupied.

This project demonstrates BUCO’s expertise in handling intricate renovations and delivering durable, high-quality solutions that meet client and tenant needs alike.
