BUCO was selected by Generation Homes to construct 10 single- and double-story townhouses in Rotorua as part of a housing development for the local iwi, aimed at supporting the community and providing quality homes.

Our team of 20 skilled builders worked on multiple houses simultaneously, completing all major construction stages, including preparing concrete pads, framing, cladding, and brickwork. The large-scale project required efficient coordination and execution to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
