Job Description:
BUCO has been an integral part of the Papamoa College project, partnering with Stead Construction for over three years to deliver this landmark educational facility. The project includes the construction of seven blocks and a whare, with our team involved in nearly every trade required to bring this extensive build to life.

Our work began with site establishment and foundations, followed by structural steel installation, wall framing, and external cladding. Internally, we have handled wall linings, acoustic installations, fireproofing, doors, joinery, cabinetry, benches, and glazing. We’ve also completed intricate mechanical, plumbing, and electrical works, ensuring all building systems function seamlessly.

Externally, BUCO has constructed decks, installed balustrades, guttering, downpipes, and completed detailed landscaping works to tie the entire site together. We’ve also overseen insulation, roofing, and painting to ensure a durable and visually appealing finish.

This multi-faceted project highlights BUCO’s capability to manage large-scale builds across a wide range of trades, showcasing our expertise and dedication to delivering high-quality educational spaces for the Papamoa community
