Job Description:
BUCO was engaged as a subcontractor by Fosters to contribute to the construction of Stage 1 at MLC Somervale, a challenging and collaborative project involving multiple subcontractors. Our role focused on critical structural and interior works, which required precise execution and coordination.

Our scope included groundworks, framing, strapping, and installing interior linings in designated areas. We were also responsible for earthquake-resistant components, including the installation of hold-down bolts, fixings, and structural nibs to meet stringent compliance standards.

This extraordinary build demanded close collaboration with other trades and meticulous attention to detail to ensure all elements were seamlessly integrated.
