Client: Paula

Location: Perkins, Te Puna

Date Completed: 2023

Job Description:
BUCO was engaged to replace four leaking bay windows at a residential property in Perkins, Te Puna. The project required a meticulous approach to ensure the new windows not only resolved the leaks but also retained the original character of the home.

Our team carefully removed the existing windows, addressed underlying issues, and installed high-quality replacements designed for durability and performance. We also took great care to remediate the surrounding brickwork, seamlessly blending the new installations with the home’s existing aesthetic. This attention to detail ensured the finished result looked as though it had always been part of the original design.

Throughout the project, we worked closely with Paula, listening to her concerns and ensuring her vision was realized. The end result was a beautifully restored and watertight property that exceeded her expectations. This project highlights BUCO’s commitment to delivering tailored solutions with precision and craftsmanship, leaving our clients delighted with the outcome.
