Job Description:
BUCO was engaged by a longstanding client, Supply Services, and their landlord to revamp and modernize their Newston Street building in Mount Maunganui. The project included a full reclad of the building, replacing clearlite and iron cladding for a fresh and durable finish. Inside, we carried out a complete office overhaul, including fit-outs for workspaces and shelving, ensuring the facility was both functional and presentable.

As part of the works, we inspected and updated all building services to meet current standards. Additionally, we redesigned the canopy drainage system to improve performance and ensure it was fit for purpose. This comprehensive approach has not only improved the building’s aesthetics but also its overall functionality and durability, delivering a result that exceeded client expectations.
