Job Description:
BUCO was appointed to construct six adjoining townhouses in Papamoa’s Tiria Drive, selected for our ability to manage a large crew and deliver the project on time and in style. These entry-level homes required precision and efficiency across every phase of the build.

Our team completed all major elements, including foundations, framing, cladding, standing frames, window preparation, and stair installation. By overseeing these critical components, we ensured the homes were constructed to the highest standard, ready for residents to move in.
