Job Description:
BUCO was engaged by Graeme from OBR to investigate a leaking Butynol deck at a property on Oceanbeach Road. Upon inspection, we identified that the entire deck and façade required remediation. Collaborating with an architect, we redesigned and constructed a state-of-the-art deck overlooking the Mount Maunganui Golf Course, blending functionality with exceptional aesthetics.

Our team managed every aspect of the project, including laying foundations, constructing the deck and balustrades, and handling all plastering, joinery, and recladding. We also replaced the gutters and applied a fresh coat of roof paint, ensuring the property was fully restored and visually impressive.
