BUCO was brought on to investigate leaking decks at this three-story property on Oceanbeach Road. Upon inspection, we identified that sections of the building required recladding alongside a complete deck rebuild to address the underlying issues.

Taking full control of the project, BUCO managed every aspect, from engaging an architect and coordinating with council for inspections to executing the construction work. Our team worked efficiently to ensure the project was delivered on time and within the anticipated budget, providing the client with peace of mind and a high-quality result.

The recladding involved careful removal and replacement, ensuring the new materials seamlessly integrated with the existing structure while enhancing the building’s durability and appearance. The redesigned deck was constructed to meet modern standards, creating a weatherproof, functional, and stylish outdoor space.
