BUCO was proud to partner with Generation Homes on the construction of six entry-level townhouses at the Te Hou Hou Street development in Tauranga. Designed to provide quality, affordable housing for Kiwis through government-supported initiatives, these homes are practical, functional, and built to last.

Each townhouse features durable weatherboard exteriors for a clean and timeless look. Inside, the homes include compact yet efficient kitchens, well-planned living spaces, and all the essential comforts for modern living. BUCO managed the entire build process, from laying foundations and constructing subfloors to erecting external and internal walls, installing roof cladding, and completing full interior fit-outs.
