BUCO is proud to partner with Flowerday Homes on the construction of three standalone, double-story dwellings for Kāinga Ora at Haukore Street, Tauranga. These thoughtfully designed homes are crafted as entry-level housing, meeting the needs of Kiwis seeking affordable, high-quality government-supported accommodation.

The homes are built with durable weatherboard exteriors for a classic yet practical finish. Inside, they feature tidy kitchens and well-appointed interiors, designed for comfortable, functional living. BUCO has handled every aspect of construction, including foundations, subfloor framing, external and internal walls, roof cladding, and the full interior fit-out.
