Job Description:
BUCO was contracted by Livingstones to contribute to Stage One of The Sands Shopping Centre development, a significant project that included constructing the largest New World in the Bay of Plenty. Our team played a key role in both the base build and fit-out of the supermarket, ensuring it was completed to the highest standard.

Beyond the New World, we also assisted with tasks around the shopping centre grounds, contributed to the base builds of neighboring tenancies, and supported their fit-outs. This included a mix of structural and detailed work to ensure all aspects of the project came together seamlessly.

This project highlights BUCO’s ability to manage multiple tasks across a large-scale commercial development, showcasing our expertise in both base builds and detailed interior fit-outs.
