BUCO was proud to supply skilled labor for the construction of a two-story hospital block at the Pacific Coast Village retirement home, one of our first major projects. Spanning the entire construction process, our team was involved from foundations through to final completion.

This comprehensive project included foundational work, framing, structural setouts, and the installation of external cladding, roofing, and windows. Internally, BUCO managed the full fit-out, encompassing wall linings, trims, cabinetry, joinery, and final finishes. Attention to detail was paramount, ensuring every aspect of the hospital block met the highest standards of safety and functionality while maintaining a welcoming aesthetic.

The end result was an exceptional facility that combined practicality with quality craftsmanship, contributing to a vital part of the Pacific Coast Village. This project stands as a testament to BUCO’s capabilities in delivering large-scale, high-standard builds.
